  1. Coarse grind coffee beans. Make it extra coarse, with pieces being around 1/2 to 1/8 of a bean. Sizes of pieces can vary and don't have to be homogenous.

  2. Mix 3.2 oz of beans with 64 fl oz of water. Add ground beans to the glass pincher's mesh and fill with water. We like to use Panna spring water.

  3. Keep in the fridge for 9 hours.

  4. Remove the beans and keep the cold brew refrigerated.

  5. Filter the cold brew. This can be done right after brewing or before consuming. Add a paper filter on top of the stainless steel metal cone filter for extra clear cold brew. Repeat filtering for optimal results.

  6. Consume the cold brew within 7 days after brewing for best taste as the flavor profile keeps changing over time. If you feel experimental, you can vary the water to bean ratio, brew the coffee at room temperature and for slightly shorter or larger amounts of time.
